This is not a problem! We only want happy and satisfied customers, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products you buy from Suissewood – no ifs, ands or buts.
The only exceptions to this are goods that have been manufactured according to customer-specific wishes (so-called custom-made goods).
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Suissewood, please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will arrange the return shipment for you. Within Switzerland, Suissewood will bear the costs for the return shipment.
Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging with all the accessories supplied and without any signs of use.

All instruments are inspected by our quality control department before leaving the factory and are issued with a quality certificate after successfully passing the inspection.
